1. Introduction

Welcome to NetGen Solutions. By accessing our platform, commissioning a career asset, or utilizing our advisory services, you formally agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed to provide professional advancement tools; your engagement with us signifies that you have read and accepted these protocols in their entirety.

2. Service Scope

NetGen Solutions specializes in executive-grade career consultancy, providing the following specialized assets:

• Tailored Executive Cover Letter Suites
• LinkedIn Presence & Network SEO Optimization
• Strategic Job Acquisition Consulting
• Advanced Interview Simulation & Preparation
• Global Application Management Support

Each deliverable is bespoke, crafted based on proprietary methodologies and the professional history disclosed during initial consultation.

3. Financial Framework

All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We offer flexible engagement models:

• Full Remittance: Payment in full prior to commencement.
• Bifurcated Payment: 50% initiation retainer and 50% upon "Proof of Work" (delivery of initial drafts).

Upon presentation of the "Proof of Work," the remaining balance becomes immediately payable and is non-contingent on further revisions.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the intellectual and personalized nature of digital career services, refunds are not granted once work has commenced. Project initiation typically occurs within three hours of order confirmation.

Projects stalled for more than 10 calendar days due to a lack of client-provided data will be archived without a refund.

5. Delivery Milestones

Standard delivery is executed within 3–7 business days. While we strive for promptness, delivery timelines are subject to the complexity of the client's career history and the responsiveness of the client regarding clarification requests.

6. Professional Revisions

To ensure absolute satisfaction, each commission includes a 7-day revision window. These revisions are intended for the refinement of established career targets and data provided at kickoff, not for the creation of entirely new career directions.

7. Data Integrity & Results

While we utilize industry-leading ATS optimization and psychological profiling to enhance your prospects, NetGen Solutions does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary brackets, or visa sponsorships. Success is ultimately dependent on market conditions and individual candidate performance during employer assessments.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any contractual disputes arising from our services shall be settled within the jurisdiction of UK courts.
