All services are customized based on the client’s background and requirements, as communicated during consultation.
Payments are accepted via Stripe.
Clients may pay in full or in two parts (50% advance and 50% after proof of work).
“Proof of Work” refers to a partial draft shared before final delivery. Once proof is shared, the remaining payment becomes mandatory.
Delayed payments (when auto-debit is enabled) may be charged automatically.
As digital services are personalized, refunds are not offered once work begins. Refunds are only considered if no work has started.
Orders inactive for 10 days due to missing client information are closed without refund. Partial refunds, if any, are at company discretion.
Standard delivery ranges from 3–7 working days. Delays due to missing data or revisions are not our responsibility. Final files are shared via email or WhatsApp in PDF and Word format.
Each package includes limited free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover content edits only — not new information or career targets.
All client data, CVs, and details are kept confidential. Netgen Solutions never shares or sells client data to third parties.
Clients must share accurate and up-to-date information. Netgen Solutions is not liable for errors caused by incorrect data. Clients must review final files before use.
We provide professional, ATS-optimized documents but cannot guarantee jobs, interviews, or sponsorships, as these depend on external factors.
All content remains company property until full payment is made. After payment, ownership transfers to the client for personal use. Reselling or redistribution is prohibited.
Netgen Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Orders may only be cancelled before work has commenced. Work typically begins within three (3) hours of order confirmation. Once the proof of work has been shared, the full payment becomes due and non-refundable.
All communication will occur through official channels (email or WhatsApp). Clients must ensure responses are received and acknowledged.
Netgen Solutions may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall fall under UK court jurisdiction.
